stylish design fantastic selection quiet street
The design of the common areas seemed very stylish. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection. I found the location fantastic. It was very central yet on a quiet street.

really good stay at a beautiful hotel
air relaxation luxury feeling
i found the staff accommodating and cute. the hotel has an air of relaxation and luxury. the beds and bedlinen are some of the comfiest i have ever experienced. i did not want to leave.
I experienced limited space in the wardrobe. It also housed the minibar and safe. there was no dresser for storing clothes, inconvenient. this setup made organizing my belongings difficult.

the hotel provides a shuttle service to purobeach. a spa with private options is available to guests. there is also access to a rooftop area for relaxation, i appreciate this service.

cute staff excellent breakfast appreciated celebration
The staff was very cute, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel noticed my anniversary and celebrated it, which I appreciated. We also had two dinners at the hotel restaurant. The quality was AMAZING!!!
The closet was a little small considering it is a five-star hotel.

Wonderful stay at the Grand
delicious breakfast fresh flowers great location
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I especially enjoyed the fresh flowers in the room. The location was great (close to everything!). The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival.

disorganized check-in slow wi-fi
the breakfast choice was great at the hotel.
i had some issues. the check-in process felt disorganized, the staff was inexperienced. there was no introduction to the hotel or its amenities! it wasn't clear what services were available. also, the wi-fi was slow.
